Edging, Pin, TIAS, Flowers, Motifs, Doilies, Heart and Crown

Stephanie tatted an edging for the sleeves of a long-sleeved blouse and a matching pin done in Perfect Quilter #17-wt cotton in Volcano colour.

Claire has day 13 of TIAS done making a hull for her sailboat.
Aysh is working on a flower. A tatted motif is ready to be attached, if Mommy can get enough quiet time.

Diane forgot to have Shelby choose a motif as a reward, but rectified the situation and Shelby now had a lovely angel from Sarah. Diane is using size 20 Lizbeth Twirlz, #402 Purple Berry to tat an edging and show the kids what an edging is and how it can be used.

Fox made the centre motif is Cèbèlia, #30, from Sally; the light blue is Monica Braxton's HDT, which she ran out of, and the outer lovely turquoise is the last of the#40 Lizbeth. She found a mistake, she snipped. I don't know about you, but I cringe every time I hear about Fox snipping off more lace. She used , #40 Lizbeth and  Krystle's Wisteria Lane for Karey Solomon's heart. The doily has recovered and is growing larger.

IsDihara tried Corina's crown again and happily it was just mistaken stitch count and not technique that was the problem.

Marie is wondering if Jane's TIAS is a clipper ship.

Mica has finally finished the doily she started several years ago. She worked it in sewing thread using 2 solid and a variegated thread, but she noticed that one of the central rings, shown on the left of the first picture, came undone, which was part of the reason for it's delay in completion.
